Contact Us
One inbox, read by editors
Everything reaches us at support@webwizard360.com. That is the address we publish and the one we stand behind. It is read and sorted by our own editors, not by an outsourced help desk and not by an automated bot that files your message and forgets it. We do not run a wall of department aliases, because in a team this size a dozen separate addresses would only create a dozen places for good mail to get lost.
You will reach the right person fastest if you put the purpose at the front of the subject line. CORRECTION, TIP, PITCH, ADVERTISING or PRIVACY tells us in one word where your message needs to go. If you are writing about a specific story, paste the link rather than describing the headline from memory, because links are unambiguous and headlines get misremembered.
Corrections and complaints about a story
If we have published something that is factually wrong, tell us. Write with CORRECTION in the subject, include the link, and quote the sentence you are disputing. Names, figures and dates are the things we most often get wrong and the things we most want to hear about. What happens after your message lands is set out in our corrections policy, and we mean the part where you get an answer either way.
If your complaint is about framing, tone or a headline you think is unfair rather than a hard fact, write to the same inbox and say so. Where we can, that kind of message is read by an editor who had no hand in the original story. If you want a reply rather than a silent edit, ask for one and you will get one.
Story tips, and the confidential kind
Tips are among the most valuable messages we receive. If you have seen a document, a filing, a notice or a decision that the public should know about, send it and tell us where and when you saw it. Context is worth as much as the document: what it means, who it affects, and why it matters now rather than last year.
If passing something to us could put your job, your safety or your standing at risk, protect yourself before you protect the story. Write from a personal account on a personal device, not a work one, and make CONFIDENTIAL the first word of your subject line so the message is handled carefully from the moment it arrives. We will reply to arrange a secure channel before you send anything sensitive. We do not identify our sources to anyone, and that includes advertisers and lawyers.
Pitches, releases and advertising
Freelance pitches are welcome, especially from reporters with real access to a story we cannot reach from a desk. A short pitch is a strong pitch: what the story is, who you can talk to, why it matters, and roughly what it will take. Press releases are fine as plain text in the body of an email. We do not open unsolicited attachments, so paste rather than attach.
Advertising, sponsorship and partnership enquiries go to the same address with ADVERTISING in the subject line, and they are handled on the business side, kept well away from the desk that would report on you. What we sell, what we will not sell, and the rules the sales run under are laid out on our advertise page.
Privacy requests, legal notices and how fast we reply
For a copy of the personal data we hold about you, for a deletion request, or for any question about what our analytics and advertising partners collect, write with PRIVACY in the subject line. The rights you have and how we handle them are described in our privacy policy. If you need a postal address to serve a formal legal notice, ask and we will provide one.
We deal with corrections the day we read them and we aim to answer everything else within two working days. That can stretch during a major breaking story when the whole team is on the news. If a week goes by with no reply, assume the message slipped through and send it again. One last thing: we will never ask you to trust a social media account as ours. If an account claims to speak for WEBWIZARD 360 and you are not sure, ask this inbox before you believe it.
